Mandatory "AS-IS" Condition & Release of Liability
1. AS-IS CONDITION ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Both Parties explicitly agree and understand that the above-described item(s) are transferred, sold, and accepted strictly in "AS-IS" condition at the time of transaction. The term "item" covers any personal property exchanged under this agreement — vehicle, watercraft, machinery, animal, electronics, appliance, furniture, tool, instrument, or any other goods.
2. NO WARRANTIES: Neither Party offers, makes, or extends any warranty—express or implied—regarding the condition, safety, function, mechanical state, roadworthiness, title, accuracy of any description, or fitness for any particular purpose of either item.
3. INSPECTION & MUTUAL RELEASE: Both Parties acknowledge having personally inspected (or having had it inspected by a qualified person of their own choosing) the respective item prior to signing. Upon execution of this agreement, both Parties permanently release each other from any liability, claims, or financial demands concerning future repairs, servicing, or hidden defects.
